Recipe's preparation

    Custard Prep
  1. 1. Add all ingredients to TM and cook - 7 min/90 deg/speed 4.

    2. Serve over warm Christmas pudding.

Tip

Reduce flour if you want it thinner in consistency.

Use cornflour for a GF alternative.

    Loved this recipe, enjoyed it a little runnier. Thickens nicely when cooled. I think it’ll be a great one to use for everyday without the brandy. Will definitely be my go to.

    This was really nice. I liked the runnier consistency and it wasn't overly rich which made it a nice accompiament to pudding.
