Custard
- 500 g Milk
- 150 g cream, pure or thickened
- 3 egg yolks
- 70 g raw sugar
- 25 g plain flour
- 40 g brandy

Recipe's preparation
1. Add all ingredients to TM and cook - 7 min/90 deg/speed 4.
2. Serve over warm Christmas pudding.

Tip
Reduce flour if you want it thinner in consistency.
Use cornflour for a GF alternative.

Loved this recipe, enjoyed it a little runnier....
Loved this recipe, enjoyed it a little runnier. Thickens nicely when cooled. I think it’ll be a great one to use for everyday without the brandy. Will definitely be my go to.
