Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingrediants into bowl, insert MC.
Mix 7mins/90Deg/Speed4
Mixture will be runny but will thicken as it cools. To test, use a spoon to dip into mix. Allow to cool for a few seconds. A slight skin should start to form on spoon.
Pour into 100ml containers (tupperware cups with lids are great for this) and chill in fridge until ready to eat.

Tip
This is a fairly sweet recipe as Yogo is fairly sweet. Add more of less sugar to suit individual taste.
This Yogo mix will keep for a week in the fridge (if you're lucky and your Kids don't eat it all in one go )
Great for a Nut/Egg-Free lunchbox solution for school.

I left out sugar altogether but increased Nesquik to 90g. Absolutely Delicious but very thick once cooled - consistency is closer to jelly than custard. Next time I'll try reducing the cornflour amount. thick once cooled - consistency is closer to jelly than custard. Next time I'll try reducing the cornflour amount.
