Yum Amy! Cannot wait to try this - I have a jar in my cupboard but no macadamias!  Did you toast your nuts in Thermomix first?  If so, how long and what temp?

  • Just replace the milk with

Just replace the milk with almond milk, and the cream with coconut cream.  The taste will be different but the coconut flavour should still work

I just discovered that coles stocks the jars of figlettes, although they are much cheaper buying them at the Wayville Farmers Market.

Thia looks amazing and I can't wait to try it (especially being a Willabrand fan!).  Re the coconut/almond milk...are you saying to use half and half or substitute for either? Thanks in advance tmrc_emoticons.)
