Fruit and Nut Balls

Ingredients

All raw ingredients

  • 40 g walnuts
  • 30 g dried goji berries
  • 60 g dates
  • 75 g almonds
  • 65 g raisins or sultanas

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and chop Speed 9/10 -15 seconds or until mixture can be squeezed to hold its shape.

  2. Form into round balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. Will store in fridge for up to 10 days and will freeze perfectly

Tip

Can substitute different nuts and dried fruits. Just ensure the ratio of nuts to fruit remains the same, otherwise they won't stick together.
