- 45 grams Cashews
- 90 grams water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
- 10 grams honey
- 20 grams white chia seeds

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients except the chia seeds into the bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speed 6
Scrape down the sides of the bowl
Mix for a further 15 seconds on speed 7
Add chia seeds and mix for 1 minute at speed 3 in reverse
Pour into two bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving

Tip
Alternatively, the juice of 1 1/2 oranges could be used in place of the pineapple and watermelon for a less rich dessert.
Adjust the amount of honey depending on how sweet the pineapple is.
