Hazelnut meal caramel cake

Ingredients

cake

  • 80 grams Butter
  • 170 grams brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams Sourcream
  • 100 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bir carb soda
  • 40 grams hazelnut meal

caramel sauce

  • 50 grams Butter
  • 120 grams cream
  • 100 grams brown sugar

Recipe's preparation

    cake
  1. pepare muffin cases or i just use a square loaf tin (slicone) sprayed with spray oil ! this could also be steamed in the varoma which i will try next time i make it ! please try the recpie it was so yummy ! i adapted sticky date and caramel pudding to suit s friend who didnt like dates tmrc_emoticons.) 

  2. pre heat oven to 180 degrees 


    insert butterfly add brown sugar and butter and Closed lid mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds,


    scrape down side of bowl mix on speed 4 for 15 more seconds Closed lid


    add eggs Closed lidmix speed 3 5 seconds


    add flour, sour cream , and bi carb Closed lid mix 3 seconds speed 10


    add hazelnut meal Closed lid mix speed 2 10 seconds.


    add to cake tin or muffins tins if  using them  ! 


    cook for 20-25 mins until a skewer comes out clean ! 


     

  3. caramel sauce
  4. add all ingridents into thermo Closed lid and mix for 5 mins 80 degress speed 2
