Tip

Different types of easter eggs or chocolate would add different textures - try nougat or honeycomb for extra crunch.

Add coffee or coffee powder for a mocha custard.

  • I made this recipe for Easter

    Submitted by ktnand on 1. April 2013 - 15:57.

I made this recipe for Easter Sunday dessert.  (I halved the mix as I only had one egg).  Everyone raved about how amazing it was, I served it at room temperature and with a small dollop of custard.  Each person probably only had 1 dessert spoon, which was plenty.  Very nice.
