  • 250 grams Marie biscuits, roughly broken
  • 35 grams mini marshmallows
  • 60 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 135 grams chocolate bits
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 395 grams can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 grams Butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams milk cooking chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease and line an 18x28cm laminton pan with baking paper.

  2. Put biscuits into TM bowl and crush 6 seconds/speed 6. Set aside.

  3. Add condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence into TM bowl and melt 50 seconds/50°C/speed 4.

  4. Add crushed biscuits, marshmallows, coconut, chocolate bits and cocoa into TM bowl with condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence mixture then mix 20 seconds/reverse/speed 4. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm enough for chocolate to go on top.

  5. Break chocolate into pieces, place into TM bowl. Grate 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Melt 1 minute/50°C/speed 3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl then melt for another 1 minute/50°C/speed 3. Pour chocolate over the slice and place in the fridge until set. Cut into squares to serve.
