      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    1. If making the coconut/matcha mixture to roll bliss balls in, add the extra coconut and matcha powder to the bowl and turn Thermomix to speed 9 for 10 seconds.
    2. Pour this mixture into a bowl and set aside while you make the bliss balls.
    3. Add all other ingredients to Thermomix bowl with MC on and turn to speed 9 for 30 seconds.
    4. Scrape down the side of the bowl and repeat once or twice, until the mixture is sticky enough to roll into balls.
    5. Roll mixture into balls, coating them in the coconut/matcha powder as you go.
    6. Store in the fridge.

I made these in March and commented, however they were really good in the freezer, that I will be making more batches today. Very healthy and my kids quite enjoy them too.

Mine turned out a lot darker green than your photo. Perhaps I used more matcha. They were quite oily. I think these would be nice out of the freezer too.
