No bake chocolate and nutella cheesecake

Cheesecake Base

  • 80 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Chocolate Ripple Biscuits
  • 3/4 --- Cup toasted hazelnuts

Cheesecake Filling

  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 450 grams Nutella or Hazelnut Spread
  • 80 grams icing sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Cheesecake Base
  1. Line the base of a 22cm springform tin with baking paper or grease with butter.

  2. Lightly toast the hazelnuts under a grill until the skins begin to crack. Use a clean tea towel to rub the skin off the hazelnuts and set aside until needed.

  3. Melt butter in TM bowl for 3 mins, 50C, speed 4.

  4. Add biscuits and 1/2 cup of toasted hazelnuts and blend on speed 8 for 10-15 seconds.

  5. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  6. Cheesecake Filling
  7. Place suger in TM bowl and mill on speed 9 for 8 seconds.

  8. Add softened cream cheese and nutella and mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds.  Scrap down the sides and mix for another 20 seconds on speed 5.

  9. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base and top with the remaining toasted hazelnuts.

  10. Place in the fridge to set. Ideally you want to leave this overnight, but is should be ok after 6 hours.

    Made this for our house warmning and it was a big hit! I halved the amount of sugar (and will prob leave it out all together next time) and replaced the hazelnuts with crumbled flake! was so YUM!! thanks for sharing!

    made this for tomorrow but changed the nutella and hazelnuts for Macabella and Macadamia nuts... the mixtures taste amazing!! Cant wait to have it tomorrow!!
