Recipe's preparation
place dates in bowl turbo 3 secs setaside
place walnuts and oats into bowl and turbo 2 seconds
add everthing else except honey and popcorn mix 5-10 sec /speed5
add popcorn i would mix through using spatula then add honey and mix on reverse slow till mixed through you may have to add extra honey, practise making one to see if it holds,they are tricky to roll i used tbs measure then i wet my hands to roll into balls
