What size cookie cutter should I use?  And just the usual size muffin tray? Or is it a mini muffin tray that has been used?

I made the orange juice for the curd too.  If you do this, there are 4 processes to do in the TMX!   Tasted great and went down very well.  Will try the lemon curd version too tmrc_emoticons.)
