Ingredients
12 piece(s)
- 10 pitted dates., I prefer Medjool, but regular dates are fine if soaked in warm water for about 5-10 min
- 100 grams oats or quinoa flakes
- 10 grams Sunflower Kernels
- 10 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 10 grams tri-colour quinoa (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 30 grams dried cranberries
- 30 grams coconut oil
- 60 grams nut butter of choice. I use Thermomix made peanut butter. You could sub with sun butter
- 10-20 grams pure maple syrup (optional)

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
