If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Well done with posting such a lovely recipe photo. It certainly inspired me to try this recipe. I was searching recipe community for a quince crumble recipe and found this. No feedback comments, but I had quince and rhubarb this was sure to be a great combination. And it was just beautiful! The quantity of baking powder to use has been missed in the ingredients list: I used 1 1/2 teaspoons. I cut the sugar in the fruit back to 150g and used gluten free flour for the crumble - and the end result was perfect for us. I served with some Thermomix natural yoghurt and it was a perfect match. Highly recommended. This recipe is now in my KILLER RECIPE list!
