  • 80 g almonds
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 180 g medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 g Goji Berries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut, coating

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl, except desiccated coconut.  Process 10 seconds/speed 7 or until right consistency.  Dont over process as it will release the nuts oils.

    Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls using your hands and coat with coconut.  Store half in fridge for eating over the next few days, store the rest in a container in the freezer to keep them fresh.

Tip

As a different coating you can use chopped nuts, chia seeds and goji berries.

    very easy to make & delicious . I did add a couple of drops of wild orange essential oil at the end to add an extra element . So yummy
