If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Line a lamington style tin with baking paper.
For the base, add all ingredients to"Closed lid" , 20secs, sp 7. Place into tin and flatten to a smooth even layer. Then set in freezer.
In the meantime, add all the centre layer ingredients in "Closed lid" , 10 secs, sp 7.
To make the final topping, place coconut oil into "Closed lid" , 100 degC, 1:30mins, sp 2.
Add syrup, mix 3 secs, sp 5.
Add cacao, mix 10 secs, sp 5.
Pour on top of slice and smooth out for the final time.
Place in freezer for another hour or so.
It will then be ready to cut up and devour!
This slice needs to be kept in freezer.

I enjoyed these a whole lot.
I enjoyed these a whole lot. I made a few changes - no sweetener in the centre as I felt strawberries are sweet enough on their own and I halved the sweetener in the topping. Mine broke up a lot when cutting, but as I'm not a perfectionist this didn't bother me at all. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing.
