  • 6 granny smith apples, quartered and cored
  • 1 bunch rhubarb, Leaves removed and chopped into roughly 5cm lengths
  • 50 g sugar

Crunch

  • 100 g almonds to mill to meal
  • 55 g chia seeds
  • 30 g Shredded coconut
  • 35 g coconut oil
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 70 g whole almonds
  • 35 g sultanas

Tip

* This dish is delicious hot or cold

* The MC is perfect for pressing down the crunch once you've spread it over the filling

* If it's cold and your coconut oil is frozen, you might want to mix Counter-clockwise operation1min/37deg/sp3 to ensure it's thoroughly mixed through

* If making this dish with the TM5 please reduce all times by about half
