  • 80 grams plain flour
  • 40 grams cocoa powder
  • 100 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 135 grams melted butter
  • 25 grams Rum
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add icing sugar, flour, cocoa and coconut to the bowl. Mix for 10 secs, speed 5. Scrape down.

    2. Add butter, rum and vanilla. Mix for 10 secs, speed 5. If a little dry add some extra rum tmrc_emoticons.;)3. Roll into teaspoon size balls and roll into coconut/chocolate sprinkles.4. Keep refrigerated.

Tip

If mixture is too soft, place in fridge before rolling. I used Bundaberg Rum liquer in mine but any rum is fine. I used room temperature butter which worked well but it was very soft!

    Yum!! Super easy and very yummy. I used Bundaberg rum, might try Contreau next time.

    Coated them in coconut and made them nice and small, perfect bite size. Thanks for sharing!
