  • 250 grams Marie biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 Cup Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 400 grams Tin condensed Milk
  • Extra Coconut, For Rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put biscuits into TM bowl and chop 5 seconds/speed 8

  2. Add cocoa and coconut then mix 5 seconds/speed 8

  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence then mix 20 seconds/speed 6 or until well combined

  4. Tip mixture onto Thermomat then roll teaspoon amouts of mixture into balls before rolling into the extra coconut

  5. Place balls into a container and put in the fridge until set

    I was all out of cocoa so I used some freddo frogs instead. I grated them when crushing the biscuits. They are a bit lighter in colour but still yum.
