I made these today for an occasional lunchbox snack. Can I freeze these? I oven roasted them on 160•c for 15mins tossing occasionally. I also put them into a mini muffin silicone pan and have 14 snack sized bites. They taste amazing also!

Nice, and easy to eat, but I think it needs a slightly more caramel flavour   Whether toasting the seeds longer or  dash of golden syrup perhaps.

Yum! Had a craving for the Europe sesame bar. I only had 110g of sesame seeds so I halved the recipe and reduced cooking times by about 20%. I did end up toasting the sesame seeds in the oven for a richer flavour. I put them into mini muffin moulds and I've got 12 perfect bites!
