      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Cut 1/4 top of the pear. Keep the top and set aside. 切去及保留四分一梨子的頂部。

    2. Remove the core of the pear. DO NOT break the base of the pear. 把核心切走。千萬不要弄穿底部。

    3. Rub the powdered Chun Bei and rock sugar inside the pear and cover with the pear top. Then, place in a shallow container.把磨好的川貝粉和冰糖粉塗在梨子內側,然後蓋上保留好的梨子頂部, 再放在淺的盤子或碗內。

    4. Put water in TM bowl and place the prepared pear in the Varoma dish, set 30 min / VAROMA / speed 1 to steam the pear. If the pear is still hard, add water and repeat step 4 once. Serve warm. 在主鍋置500克的水,把盛好的梨子放到蒸鍋裡,以 30 分 / VAROMA / 速度1 蒸燉。30 分鐘過後,如果梨子還是硬硬的,加水然後重覆步驟4一次。完成。
