Ingredients
12 portion(s)
Cheesecake Base
- 90 grams Butter
- 200 grams Choc Ripple Biscuits
- 50 grams Toblerone, broken into pieces
Cheesecake Filling
- 80 grams sugar
- 200 grams Toblerone, broken into pieces
- 500 grams cream cheese, (if using block, break/cut into quarters)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 130 grams Pouring Cream
- 50 grams Toblerone, broken into pieces, (reserved)
Recipe's preparation
Lightly grease a 22cm cake tin (on line with baking paper) and put to one side
Melt butter and toblerone in TM bowl for 2 mins, 50C, speed 4. Scrape down sides. Melt for 1 more min, 50C, speed 4.
Add biscuits and blend on speed 8 for 10-15 seconds.
Press into the tin and place in fridge until required.
The reserved toblerone will be used for stirring through the mixture to give you pieces of toblerone throughout the cheesecake. If you have not already done so, chop this 50g toblerone to your preferred size. I use speed 6-7 for 2-3 seconds for small but chunky pieces.
Place suger in TM bowl and mill on speed 9 for 8 seconds. Set aside.
Place Toblerone in TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5 seconds. Then melt for 4 minutes, 37C, speed 2.
Add sugar, cream cheese (if using the block cut/break this into quarters so that it blends properly), vanilla and cream. Mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds. Scrap down the sides and mix for another 20 seconds on speed 5
Stir reserved toblerone pieces through mixture (using spatula). Pour into base and smooth top. Place in fridge until set.
For an even more decadent treat, buy some extra toblerone to decorate the top with a toblerone border.

I only had one block of cream cheese but everything else so I halved the rci Pe and made mini cheese cakes in silicone muffin pans. It made 8. I folded some of the crushed toblerone through the cream cheese and used the rest on top for decoration. They were so good. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you 😀

Yum!! I bought extra toblerone and grated it on top which made it look really nice, was a perfect birthday cake. I used gluten free biscuits for the base and substituted Toblerone for dark chocolate (couldn't find a choc ripple type biscuit that was gluten free).

Very yummy. Crumb base was crumbly, possibly because I only had milk arrowroot biscuits. Didn't use the sugar as I thought it would be sweet enough. Didn't stir reserved toblerone through mixture as it was already eaten!
Used about 200 ml cream as was a bit thick. Set well. More like a mousse than a cheesecake. Would be great in little dishes with some of the biscuits crumbs sprinkled over the top.
