Love Cooking 7 Umm - move away from my cheesecake. This is gorgeous! So silky so smooth. Just perfect. I didn't have any packet biscuits so I found a recipe on this forum for "Marie Biscuits" whipped up a batch and continued as normal in the prep. WOW DID IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I have since made another batch and have them broken up in the freezer for slices and other cheesecakes. I did add a dark choc ganache, fresh strawbs and pistachios to finish it off, and OMG - just leave me alone with the entire thing and a spoon.

Success! Never made a cheese cake and this work wonderfully and was yum. Little bit fiddly washing and drying bowl a few times during process but worth it.

Super easy and a big hit!

I made 30 mini cheesecakes using silicon moulds and added a few drops of food colouring to make them pink for a baby shower. Added to my favourite TMX recipes now!!
