Zabagalione
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 100g sugar
- 100g Masala Wine
- ground coffee
Recipe's preparation
Put all the ingredients into the "Closed lid" with the butterfly in.
Cook for 10mins / 70 degrees / speed 3.
Pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle with ground coffee.
Serve immediately or leave to cool.
