Mocha cubes
- 4 heaped tablespoons instant coffee
- 4 heaped tablespoons Drinking chocolate, I used Cadbury drinking chocolate
- 5 tablespoons Boiling water

- 1 Medium ripe banana, Best frozen
- 3 egg whites, Best frozen1
- 1 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 200 g Milk of choice
- 100 g water
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add ingredients to cup and stir until dissolved. Put in ice tray and allow to freeze at least four hours.
Freeze other ingredients if desired - Add ingredients to thermie bowl.
Blend for30sec sd5 MC on
Pour into glass or share between two. Sprinkle with some cinnamon if desired.
