Ingredients

Shake

  • 300 grams Milk, cows, rice, soy or almond
  • 1 banana
  • 10 almonds
  • 4 dates
  • 50 grams dried muesli or oats
  • handful of ice

Recipe's preparation

    Want a quick nutrious breakfast but don't have time?
  1.  

    Put all ingrediants into the TM bowl and blend for 1 minute on speed 8. Pour into a glass and enjoy on the way out the door tmrc_emoticons.)
