Ingredients

1 litre(s)

kids kale juice

  • 1 stalk Kale
  • 1 piece banana, large
  • 1.5 apples, medium
  • 6 strawberries, large
  • 2 tablespoons honey, to taste
  • 0.5 litre water

Recipe's preparation

    Juice
  1. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and blitz 40secs/speed 9

     

    check concistency and blitz again until smooth.

     

    Serve and drink immediately. Great for kids who dont eat enough vegies or fruit.

Tip

Apple can be cored. if needed add more water to thin out.

    We liked this! The color put my 11 year old off, but when I told him it tasted great, he actually really liked it. I didn't have strawberries on hand, and didn't add honey, it was very sweet as it was. Nice one! Thanks for sharing

    Love this juice - thank you for sharing!  I amended slightly and used a teaspoon of honey, 1 apple, a handful of baby kale and 300g of water - Delish!!  Thank you
