- 180 g reduced fat milk
- 70 g plain yoghurt
- 75 g Pineapple fresh
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
Almond milk, date and honey smoothy
- 250 g Almond milk
- 3 dates, pitted
- 2 tsp honey
- 70 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Oat Bran Cereal
- 6 ice cubes
Berry and flaxseed smoothy
- 180 g Milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 70 g plain yoghurt
- 80 g frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 6 ice cubes
Peanut butter and banana smoothy
- 250 g Milk
- 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oat bran or rolled oats
- 6 ice cubes

I made the peanut butter and
I made the peanut butter and banana smoothie, it was nice and smoother than i thought it would be with the oats in there but i fouund after a while the peanut taste to be a little over powering so if i make it again i'll put less in next time or more honey.

I made the strawberry smoothly and it was absolutely delicious. I used maple syrup instead of honey as I'm vegan and it worked out well. easy too!
