- Blend 3 minutes, speed 6.
Tip
This is lovely served with a scoop of icecream! You can adjust (or omit) the sugar. You can even add in a syrup or flavouring of choice - have fun & experiment!

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Loved this recipe. I also made a chocolate version using dark chocolate blocks, which was also delicious, for my 13yo. Might try it with chocolate powder next time
Love this iced coffee recipe - it's so great on a hot day. I didn't blend mine for as long as I like it a bit chunky like a frappe. I have mine with soy milk and decaf coffee and it is still very delicious!
