toddler morning milkshake
- 50 g milk, rice milk, soy milk
- 2 tsp coconut yoghurt
- 30 g rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 15 g raw almonds

Recipe's preparation
Step 1 - put in rolled oats and almonds and blitz for 10 seconds on 10
Step 2 - pour in milk and cocnut yoghut and banana and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4-5
