Tropical Mocktail

  • 1 mango, flesh only
  • 1 banana, peeled, cut into quarters
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 150 g pineapple, fresh, cut into pieces
  • 150 g ice cubes approx 1/2 tray
  • fresh fruit to garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and blend 1 min/speed 8 or until desired consistency is achieved. 

  2. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh fruit.

    Definitely a banana! We don’t think the leaf will achieve the same creamy consistency! It has been changed to be correct!

    tmrc_emoticons.~ I think it would be safe to say that it would be a banana as it would be extremely difficult to peel a leaf lol. and I can't see it fitting into the jug! It is an anomaly when you post a recipe it sometimes changes without you be aware that it has.
