Banana

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 level tablespoon Black Chia seeds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon dark agave syrup
  • 125 grams coconut milk
  • 125 grams a2 light milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for thirty seconds at speed 6, then heat at 60 degrees, speed 2 reverse for 3 to 4 minutes

Tip

You can use any type of chia seeds, you can swap the agave nectar for honey, you can alter the milk to almond, rice or soy
