I changed the recipe slightly too 400g sweet potato, 415g Salmon, 3/4 Cup bread Crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 Carrot, 1 Celery Stick, 1 Spring onion, 1 tsp Mustard and Salt and Pepper. I cooked the sweet potato first then blitzed the spring onion, celery and carrot before adding the cooked sweet potato, salmon and bread crumbs. I made them into small patties and put them in the fridge for 30 mins to firm them up before frying. Was very tasty.
