Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

The best thermomix seafood marinara recipe I have cooked. Full of flavour. I definitely think the samba oelek is a game changer as I have only used chilli flakes in the past. 200 grams dry gluten free pasta provided a good balanced ratio to sauce to serve 4 people.

Not a bad dish to get your seafood fix. We just used prawns and squid as a modification (and that you can't ger marinara mix in Queensland at the moment) and the tomatoe was a bit overpowering.

This recipe is perfect! The sauce had a lovely consistency. I cooked it for 15 mins & steamed some green veg in the varoma. I only had 500g of seafood but it was enough. Thanks for sharing.
