Recipe's preparation

    Mash
  1. Make the mash (same as EDC), add in garlic powder, dijonnaise mustard and pepper (taste until happy with flavour).

  2. *NOTE: I then started with a clean bowl again and stored the mash in an airtight container.

  3. Salmon
  4. Fill clean bowl half way with water for varoma.

  5. Place diced butternut pumpkin to top level of varoma

Place salmon on lower level of varoma

  6. Set to varoma temp for 30 minutes on speed 2 or less
    (no flavouring is necessary)

*NOTE: Remove the pumpkin and let it cool down for the salad

  7. Heat up a pan with butter.

  8. Carefully remove salmon from varoma bowl and fry up. Season with salt flakes and pepper on both sides (Fry as long as you need (salmon is cooked anyway, I just wanted the extra butter flavour and crispness).

  9. Garlic Lemon Sauce
  10. Heat up a pan with butter.

  11. Heat up butter, milk and garlic powder, stir

  12. Add in parsley flakes, stir

  13. Add in lemon and pepper, stir and simmer until everything is combined

  14. Salad
  15. Toss everything together

Yummy. I'm going to try this tonIght but without frying the salmon. So thinking I will make the butter sauce in the TMX to save dirtying another pan  tmrc_emoticons.D

    Thanks for the comment.

Sounds great! I'm sure it's going to turn out so delicious. Sometimes I don't fry the salmon also and I use dijon mustard and seeded mustard on the side as dips. Instead of salad, you can also substitute with steamed veggies (corn, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower). It's delicious! tmrc_emoticons.)
