Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
No need to clean the bowl because majority of the meat has been removed.
1. Add parsley and garlic cloves to the "Closed lid" and chop 5 secs/sp 9.
2. Add onion and bacon and chop for a further 5 sec/sp 5.
3. Add cream cheese to the "Closed lid" and mix for 10 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp4.
4. Divide mixture between the 2 mince sheets and spread evenly over the top.
5. Roll into 2 fairly tight logs and place onto a greased tray. This can crumble a little but just press it back together and it will be fine.

I made this tonight. I used leftover blue cheese dip i had previously made with added bacon and onion. It was a bit sloppy and difficult to roll for the first hald so i used a bit less on the second one. It's delicious and so easy! And my rolling will improve with practice

Amazing alright!!! Just delicious. I made one loaf, added spinach in the centre and included grated carrot and zucchini. It also split whilst cooking, not sure why. Any ideas?
Will be a regular from now on, thanks for posting!
