This was delicious. I used gravy beef and it was so tender! I used 3 tbsp curry instead of 4 and it was perfect for us. Thank you!

    Submitted by NicholaV86 on 16. June 2014 - 21:45.

i found 4 tbs too much of the mild currey powder - so will reduce next time i make it. I also included peas and corn towards the end.

Delicious (despite the hotness) and the husband loved it (he could even smell it cooking from outside our house!)

  • I found this recipe to be ok

    Submitted by jmatacz on 7. November 2012 - 16:29.

I found this recipe to be ok but not great. The meat was pretty tough which was unfortunate but the heat was just right for us. I didn't add peas but I think that it definitely needs something else other than potatoes, maybe green beans added towards the end?
