Tip

1. You can serve the Bolognese Sauce on top of the pasta or combine it all together.

2. We like to add some grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese after plated up, yummy tmrc_emoticons.)

  • I don't know if I did

I don't know if I did something wrong as I am new owner of a thermomix but I didn't like this very much tmrc_emoticons.( It turned out quite watery and was reminiscent of baby food. I used what was left over the next night. Drained some of the excess water from it, added some extra tomato paste and turned it into a lasagne and it tasted much better

Despite your mishap I am happy that you enjoyed it. I always put the basket on top to avoid the splash out.

Hmm, I left the measuring cup off, to let it thicken up. Came back to a newly decorated wall! Oops!

    Very tasty though tmrc_emoticons.-)
