This has become one of our favourite recipes! I have substituted sun dried tomatoes or a ripe tomato for the tomato paste and it is still delicious. Also, we use a whole chicken cut up and skinned and cook a longer time til done. Thank you.

Delicious!! Simple and easy
Delicious!! Simple and easy too. Didn't have almonds so omitted along with the chilli to cater for my young kids' tastes. Also used store bought garam masala and still great flavour. Stronger tomato and cardamon flavours than other kormas eaten in the past so may reduce slightly for my own personal taste only. Even better the next day. Thanks for posting!

This was SOOOO yummy! An absolute favorite! Thanks for sharing. I did not add the chilli flakes but instead added two tablespoons of coconut cream with the chicken etc.
Whole family loved this-
Whole family loved this- including my fussy 18 mth old. I used raw macadamia nuts instead of almonds and I used chicken breast. Skipped the thickened cream (and step 7)- turned out creamy enough without it. Powdered garam masala worked fine. Will definately make it again- especially with the macadamia nuts- really enjoyed the texture and flavour they gave. Thanks for posting

Reading the comments above, I must have done something wrong. My sauce wasn't thick and creamy but rather course and lumpy.

Great recipe. Terrific flavour. Even my 11 yo who is not overly fond of curry was impressed. Thanks.
This is a brilliant recipe
This is a brilliant recipe and I have only had the creature for a month. When adding the onion I also added 1 carrot roughly chopped and 2 celery sticks and extended the amount of time I chopped and sauteed the onion and veggies. Thank you MustardKeen

Nothing beats fresh Garam marsala made in your Thermomix. It will still be a great recipe with the store bought version though.

Really nice and definitely
Really nice and definitely worth making. I'd maybe chop/dice the chicken before marinating as my things fillets were quite large and needed a bit longer cooking time than the amount specified. The best korma recipe I've made!

Made this tonight, had my TM for 5 days. Was fantastic! Easy to make and all the family loved it. The kids liked the mildness of the curry and I loved that it is a real korma, not a jar bought curry paste.
