- 220 grams Passata, 1/2 for meatloaf & 1/2 for glaze

- 55 grams breadcrumbs

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
Cube the parmesan cheese then put it into TM bowl. Chop for 10 seconds/speed 9. Set the cheese aside.
Roughly chop the chicken. Mincing the chicken needs to be done in 2 batches of 500g. Chop 30 seconds/speed 4, then set aside and do the next batch.
Put chicken, cheese, half the passata, egg, breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper into TM bowl. Combine 30 seconds/speed 4, do another 10 seconds if needed.
Put mixture into prepared loaf tin. Pat the mixture into a even shape and cover with remaining passata.
Bake for 55 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
