- 2 clove garlic
- 30 grams Butter
- 500 grams chicken, cubed (3cm)
- 120 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 80 grams white wine
- 120 grams water
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 150 grams sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Praprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe's preparation
Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop for 5 Seconds on Speed 5
Add butter and cook for 3 minutes - 100 degrees - Speed 1
Add remaining ingredients (Chicken last) and cook for 10 minutes - 100 degrees - Speed soft - Reverse (Give a good stir before starting)
I stir my once more during cooking time as well. Take lid off and give a good stir right to the bottom, replace lid.

I cooked for 20 mins stirring once at 10 mins. Cooked all the way with MC off and thickened nicely. Added vege stock also for flavour.

I cook this quite often and me and my hubby love it. I don't add wine and reduce the Worcestershire sauce a bit. It sometimes needs more cornflour and cooking time about 20mins. I also sometimes add diced zucchini. Yum!! Thanks.

I added about 150ml of extra
I added about 150ml of extra water, cooked for 15 minutes and added 2 packets of 2 minute noodles (without the flavour sachet) broken up into pieces during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Turned into a one pot dish and the kids LOVED it. Very tasty.

This recipe was delicious! Although I extended it quite a lot to make it into a pasta dish. I added capsicum, cut up beans, chopped chives and corianda, as well as added salt and pepper and some chili powder for a bit of kick. I put a bit more corn flour in to thicken it up a bit more and reduced the amount of water and wine.
I mixed it through some cooked pasta and it tasted delicious!!!Thank you
