This is a family favourite, I double ingredients as we have teenage boys. Spices are mild so if you like chilli alter the spices. I often use a tin of tomatoes and the soup.

This was delicious! Didnt have any sweet paprika so used normal ground paprika but that didnt make a difference. Ill add a touch more chilli next time as we like a bit of spice.

After a recent trip to USA I was looking to recreate their 'bowls of chilli' and this is really close! I had a chorizo I had to use and I added that at the same time as the capsicum and heaps of extra chilli and it was great. Will make over and over again. Thanks heaps!
Nice but definitely needs more chilli

Very nice. Served with rice, sour cream, cheese and avocado - will make again. We did use tinned tomatoes and tomato paste as others had suggested. Mince wasn't as chunky as we used to make it but the consistency was good.

Great recipe for chilli con
Great recipe for chilli con carne & lovely flavours. Next time, I may try tinned tomatoes instead of tomato soup, reduce for longer (sauce was a bit runny) & try putting the mince in the basket within the bowl to cook a while (to keep it chunkier). Thanks for posting.

We used it as a base in tacosI find a lot of these types of dishes in the thermomix are far too liquidy so I only used 300grams of tinned tomatoes and let it reduce for another 5 minutes and it worked wellI would also just like to thank you for the genius idea of the upside down basket when reducing sauces...i've honestly been standing there for the entire reduction time holding a tea towel to prevent splatter
Very nice recipe. had this
Very nice recipe. had this tonight with rice. Next time I will add a teaspoon of chilli powder as this didn't have any chilli flavor to it. Thank you!

Thank you. A tasty, quick and easy recipe which was suitable for me as a TMX newbie. As suggested in the comments, I substituted tinned tomatoes and a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce for the soup. I don't like the consistency of mince dishes from the TMX so used beef chunks instead. They were a little tough so I may need to cook them for longer at a lower temp next time. Will definitely be making this again.
All the family enjoy this
All the family enjoy this recipe. Use tin tomatoes in place of tomato soup, then add a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce to balance the acidity. Great quantity for larger families, and equally good with rice or corn chips.
Too sweet for our tastes
Too sweet for our tastes (likely the Big Red) - Next time i will swap big red soup for tinned tomatos. Also needed to add salt, extra chilli and lime to the sauce to boost the flavours. Will also double the beans in next mix too (for more veg).

Fantastic Chilli Con Carne.
Fantastic Chilli Con Carne. Even the kids said it was the best I'd made. Made plenty so enough to freeze. Didn't have chilli flakes so used what I had, hot chilli, but used sparingly and it was delicious. Was so quick to make too, great for that rushed dinner night. Thankyou for sharing
Absolutely loved it, thanks
Absolutely loved it, thanks this is now a favourite. Only change I made was I added a whole red chilli with seeds instead of a pinch of chilli flakes as we love it spicy.
