Such a tasy soup, made this for the boyfriend and his mum - who had never seen a Thermomix in action before! We were all fighting over the leftovers for lunch the next day!

Easy and yummy.
I pretty much followed the recipe, next time I will probably add a bit more lentils, and maybe cumin? I had this dish with cauliflower rice in the veroma, will defiantly be adding to my collection. Thank you!

Great recipe, very tasty and hearty. I used spicy chorizo, cut to medium sized slices and it gave it a nice warm kick. My only comments on the recipe would be to mention which steps the lentils go in (I put them in with the veggies) and how much olive oil to use (I chose 10g). Will add this recipe to my collection for sure.

Great recipe, so simple and
Great recipe, so simple and yummy. I used red lentils and simply cooked them with the rest of the veggies, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It took only 30min on speed 2. Nice and thick consistency, and I like that there were still "hints" of veggie pieces at the end. It was a pity though that my two young kids found it too spicy - perhaps next time I'll use only 1 chorizo sausage as I'd like to make this soup again.
Thankyou so much for posting
Thankyou so much for posting this recipe, I just made it for my dinner, only one home tonight and it was delicious, the chorizo gave it a beautiful flavour. Next time I would chop my veggies a little at the first step. I cooked it on speed 1 like suggested and all the veggies were still intact. I will definitely make this one again.
absolutley delish!!!! but i
absolutley delish!!!! but i must admit to cut down the time i skipped the first step and used tin lentils and threw them in at the end

Hi there, just made the
Hi there,
just made the soup.
its very nice but I think speed 2 ( even though it's on reverse) is too fast for this particular soup as none of the ingredients were recognisable afterwards. For so many lovely ingredients it just turned into mush.
otherwise I'll give it my thumbs up.
delicious
