  • Hi t_kent90, Simmering basket

Submitted by Thermomix in Australia on 17. February 2016 - 18:49.

    Hi t_kent90,

Simmering basket is used on the lid instead of inserting the measuring cup to avoid splattering yet still being able to have steam circulate.

    Kind regards,

  • Why is the simmering basket

    Submitted by t_kent90 on 15. February 2016 - 19:26.

Why is the simmering basket going on top? Is it meant to have the pasta in it?

  • I used a combination of pork

    Submitted by shelly_w on 30. October 2013 - 19:53.

I used a combination of pork and veal mince - tasted great. I also used a jar of chunky garden pasta sauce as I didn't have passata. A lovely, quick meal.
