Absolutely DELISH! Next time I might use 1/2 or no brown sugar as it's quite sweet. Fantastic winter meal.

We loved this! Was a bit spicy for one kids, so might try with less Worcester sauce next time.

A great easy and quick recipe. The partner loved this one so it'll be a regular on our menu plan.

I only use this recipe for the sauce but it is soooo good! A new favourite without all the preservatives and additives Smile

So yummy.

I took a while making it, so it's not a super quick recipe. But I intend to make it many more times, so I'm sure I'll get quicker at it. Much healthier than the quick way of using a packet flavour.

Tried these for the first time tonight. Used chicken snags. A hit! Thanks.

Another regular in our house! Kids love it, adults love it. yum!

I love this recipe. I have made it several times now. I do find I need to cook spuds about 5 minutes longer or this time I chopped them into cubes to cook quicker.   Great taste & I know exactly what's in it.

Life is too short to drink cheap plonk

Great recipe, I have cooked this using chicken sausages and decided to use boiled baby potatoes and mixed it all together - it is yum. Thanks for recipe.

Awesome - thanks for doing that! I put in 140g of tomato paste because that's how much the little container was that I bought lol. I love recipes like these where it can be really loose with the ingredients too.

Recipes like these are the reason I bought the Thermomix! We LOVE devilled sausages. Usually the Maggi packet for a quick and easy meal. This was so easy. Made from scratch. I know EXACTLY what's in it! This will become a regular weeknight meal I think. Next time I'm also going to try and add a carrot or two into the sauce, and will do potato and cauliflower for the mash just for a bit of extra veg.

So yummy!!! Will definitely make this again.

Delicious! A winner with both kids (one an extremely fussy four year old) and hubby. I add an extra Apple, and steam a carrot and sweet potato with the sausages to add into the mix at the end for a few extra veg.

I've also weighed the teaspoon/tablespoon measurements which are (approx):

10g cornflour

10g soy sauce

80g - 100g tomato paste (depending on how heavy handed I am that day!)

60g worcestshire sauce

10g mustard (I use Dijon)

30g sugar

Smile might save dirtying two more utensils!!

I cooked this with my 7 year old son. He loved helping out with this recipe. If we could do it out of ten we would give it 9. It's amazing.

Sooooo delicious! We loved it! I browned my sausages in the frypan though instead of in varoma  Smile

This was a good dinner. I followed the recipe to a tee. I used Coles Australian washed potatoes and mashed for 30 seconds on speed 4 and they were perfect. I've only had my TM for about a month so this has been one of the first recipes and so easy.

whole family loved it!

Oh this was so yummy, will be making this again Cooking

Even the fussy 4 and 5 year old gave it the thumbs up so this will be a regular in our house! Thanks. I served it with these upside down sweet potatoes and it was all delish... https://www.skinnywithlisa.com/upside-sweet-potatoes/

2nd Time = AWESOMENESS!!! Big smile

Made this for dinner last night again.First time I didn't add all of the Tomato Paste as I know my family aren't keen on it.BUT this time I added all plus a little more mustard and 'Wossy' Sauce, plus I added an extra 2 apples.  Half of them I sauted with the onions the others I added after sliced.  That was an awesome move Smile

BEST MEAL EVER!Even hubby went back for a bit more.  Which is HIGHLY unusual ;)Kids LOVED it and I think if we could of, we would of licked the blades on the Thermomix Wink

So easy and so tasty.

I found this easy to make and I enjoyed the meal. It tasted great!

I made this last night & we all loved it! I added diced carrots & zucchini to the varoma (cooked sausages on top on the tray), celery with the onions/garlic/apple and also threw in a handful of sultanas at the last cooking stage. After reading all the comments, I diced my potatoes before cooking & only mashed them for 15 seconds on speed 3.5...turned out perfectly! I used Dijon mustard but was wondering what everyone else uses, as the recipe doesn't specify? Wasn't sure if it was supposed to be mustard powder or not? Will definitely make again, no more packet mixes now!

First time I cooked this dish and it was delicious.  My 12 year old ate it all and was stunned when I said it had apple and mustard in it (2 things he hates)  I  did use 12 sausages so steamed for an extra 10 minutes but still haven't mastered the perfect mash.  Did just like the recipe stated but had a glue like consistency.  Is there a certain potato I should use (currently use Kestrel).

Delish! didn't have the apole but still so tasty Smile

Made this last night, though I cooked the sausages on the stove and didn't do the mash. Super yummy, though a little sweet for me, so I might cut out one of the tablespoons of brown sugar next time. Will definitely make again. Thanks! Smile

Very nice - tried something different while the fussy kids were away,  I'll have to give it ago when they come home they may even like it! Smile

Fantastic recipe, will definitely make again!  Big smile

This was a winner for us! Our kids are fussy eaters but once we managed to get them to taste it they ate the whole lot! I'll definitely be making this again... it reminded me of my mum's devilled sausages.

Delicious, was a big hit in this house

Will make again!

I cooked 6 potatoes in basket, some carrots in bottom of Varoma and 11 sausages in the top tray of Varoma.

After the first 20min cooking time I turned the snags then cooked for and extra 10 mins so veggies could be pierced nicely and sausages were firm to touch. Only used half the worcestershire and brown sugar as per previous comments. But once it was cooked it was too tangy for me so I added the other tablespoon of brown sugar. I also ended up mashing the potatoes in the thermoserver the traditional way while the sausages where cooking in the sauce. I was getting to hungry to wait lol.
