Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1 - Place Zucchini, Carrot, Onion into the TM bowl, replace lid and MC and chop 5 seconds speed 6, chop again if not small enough.
2 - Add the mince, eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, bbq sauce, salt and pepper, curry powder and mixed herbs.
3 - Mix together 20 seconds speed 3.
4 - Check that all is mixed and mince is completely broken up, mix again if not fully incorporated.
5 - Once mixed take a large tablespoon of mixture and roll into pattie shape.
6 - I sometimes then coat in flour but this isn't a necessity.
7 - Cook on bbq hot plate or in frypan until cooked through, use what ever hamburger fillings you like.
