Chicken Nugget
- 3 spring onions, (white part only)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp tmx stock
- 500 g chicken (mince)
- 1/2 cup bread crumb for coating, (TM made - dried & seasoned)

Recipe's preparation
Chop spring onion and garlic - speed 8/ 5 secs
Add egg and stock - mix speed 6/ 5 secs
Add chicken mince - REVERSE /Speed 5/ 10 secs
Use a scoop (approx 1 TBS size), place onto baking paper and pop into freezer for 5-10 mins
Preheat Oven to 175'C
Put bread crumbs into Thermoserver base or on clean baking paper, roll 'nuggets' in bread crumbs.
Fry chicken nuggets on each side until golden brown and pop into oven to cook for 7 - 10 mins (or until cooked through

Chicken Nuggets: I didn't
Chicken Nuggets: I didn't have any spring onions, however I did have a leak to use up. Added 20g of olive oil. Whizzed it up with the garlic for 7 secs/speed 6, then cooked on 120 degrees for 4 mins speed 1, then continued as per recipe, seasoned with salt and pepper and wow, they were lovely. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

My kids are extremely fussy and they devoured these! I rolled mine in cornflake crumbs and they were delicious. The recipe made 30 nuggets and i froze some after the frying step and will cook them in the oven when i need them. I will be saving this recipe to my favourites. Thank you!

We have a 7 year old chicken nugget connoisseur and this was one of the first we tried after receiving our TM. Big tick of approval from the critic. Great recipe, easy to make and tasty. Will be using this one again and again.
I minced chicken breast and
I minced chicken breast and added carrot, zucchini, kale and cheese in the mix and left out spring onion. Cooked them in oven with a bit of spray oil 20 mins my fussy 2 year old loved them!!

These were really delcious! I cooked them in the oven with some spray oil. I also added some parmesen cheese with the breadcrumbs. I will be making double next time and freeze for an easy weekend meal.

Yummo! These were delicious! I didn't have time to make TM breadcrumbs so I used store bought breadcrumbs with a sprinkling of Herbamare.
