Made this tonight, added juice of 3 mandarins as I had no oranges. It tastes great!!
Needed to thicken, so just added corn flour mixed with water in the thermo server whilst waiting for the rice to finish.
Meat was tender, I used pork steaks and cut them up.

Hello! Did you work out how to fix your chewy meat?? Mine was chewy as well... (flavour was delicious though....) Perhaps less cooking time for the pork, might try 8 minutes??

So....I thought I'd bought pork in my weekly shop🐷 - but no, I had chicken drumsticks, or lamb🙄. I opted to use the chicken, and threw some carrots and a bit of cornflour in at the sme time. A few minutes before the end I added bok choy along with the red pepper. I also used a bit less sugar & mustard 👉🏼 Seeded.
It was yummy, and oh so simple😋
Thank you💕

Made this for dinner tonight, it was so yummy! I made a few changes which were using 500g pork, juice of 1 orange, 10g oil and using Dijon mustard as well as adding a tablespoon of cornflour to thicken the sauce. Served it with basmati and snow peas steamed in the varoma. Very happy family here, thanks for sharing the recipe

We loved this dish. The recipe was easy to follow, and the balance of flavours was Devine. I didnt have a chilli so used 1/2 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes, the dish still had a hot bite to it. Will definitely be making again. Thank you for posting.

This was awesome! I'm not very experienced cooking or eating pork but this was easy and everyone loved it!

I made it this evening, I'd bought Pork Schnitzels instead of Veal, as I'm not particulary fond of pork, I loved this as the beautiful flavours hid the pork flavour. I still need to learn how to adjust the times for smaller quantities, because according to hubby, the pork was overcooked a bit! I only had Dijon Mustard and 1 orange, but they worked well. Thanks a great recipe and very tasty.

Yummy and super easy. I would probably add a teaspoon of corn flour at the end as I prefer a thicker sauce.
