- 30 gram olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 140 grams tomato paste or pizza sauce
- 75 grams water
- salt and pepper to season
toppings
- 1 --- zucchini, tagliatelle or sliced
- 1 Capsicum (red), strips
- 12 --- pitted olives, sliced
- 2 --- tomatoes, sliced

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
Prepare a 20 cm pie dish or flan tin with baking paper (do NOT use a pizza tray with this part of the recipe as it creates liquid while cooking that will need to be poured off)
Add the garlic and onion into the TM bowl and chop 3 secs speed 7 scrape sides
Add mince and seasoning and combine 10 secs "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 5
Press into tin and bake in hot oven
Remove from oven, drain any excess liquid and allow to cool
Add the garlic into the TM bowl and chop 3 secs speed 7 scrape sides
Add olive oil and italian seasoning and cook 2 mins varoma speed 1
Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and cook 5 mins 100 degrees C speed 1 and set aside
Cover large baking tray with baking paper or aluminium foil and place meatza crust on sheet
Spread sauce on crust leaving a 1-2cm border around the edge
Arrange vegetables on top, pressing them genly into the sauce
Put pizza back into the hot oven for 10-15 mins until hot and browned to your liking
Drizzle each pizza with 1 teaspoon of olive oil when they come out of the oven

Tip
You can use any mince or home made mince you like in this recipe and be creative with the toppings you like. I have made this a paleo recipe, however you can add cheesey toppings if you like.

I think this is intended to make 2 pizzas. I went back to the Well Fed recipe and found that the meat was separated in half to make 2 discs. The cooking time for the meat crust was 10-15 minutes.
