Pan Fried Pork with Veg & Fruit Puree

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

Vege / Fruit

  • 4 Small Potatoes, with skin on
  • 1 medium size, sweet potato peeled
  • 3 medium size apples, peeled
  • 2 medium size pears, with skin on

Recipe's preparation

    Steaming Vege & Fruit
  1. Add 600-700g of water to Closed lid.   Insert Steaming Basket and add diced vegetables of your choice to basket.  Insert Varoma tray and add quartered fruit (apples and pear) to the Varoma tray.  Cook 25mins / Varoma temp / Sp4.

     

    Meanwhile, panfry your meat separately.

     

    When vegetables are ready, put aside in Thermoserver or bowl to retain heat.  Add steamed fruit to Closed lid and mix 10 secs / Sp6,

     

    Serve steamed vegetables with your pan fried pork or other meat of your choice.  Top with the fruit puree and season/garnish to taste.
